Corporate Care University™
Corporate Care University™ (CCU™) is our state-of-the-art training facility, located at our Houston headquarters. After a technician passes a 90-day field probation period and basic training in one of our local markets, he or she is sent to CCU™ to attend a series of classroom hands-on training programs. At CCU™, these technicians will encounter every type of architectural finish they would service at our clients’ facilities. By learning how to maintain and restore these finishes in a controlled training environment, technicians are prepared to deliver the highest quality results at your facility.
At Corporate Care University™, our associates receive hands-on as well as technical written training and are required to pass written and practical testing to achieve our various levels of Technician status:
Additionally, technicians are provided the opportunity to grow their career path from Level 3 Technician status to supervisory, administrative and management positions.
