Michael Bono
President & CEO
Mr. Bono is the President and CEO of Corporate Care. With over 20 years of experience in the textile maintenance industry, he has served in all capacities critical to the business, such as technician, operations, supervisor, account executive and branch manager. In 1983, Mr. Bono relocated from Washington, D.C. and co-founded Corporate Care. Since then he has successfully led the company through many positive transitions to where today, the company is a leader in the industry. Mr. Bono serves as a board member to The Make A Wish Foundation and The United Jewish Federation. He is an alumni of Boston University and the Harvard Business School.
Mark Strum
Principal
Mr. Strum is the co-founder of Corporate Care. He has been involved with the textile industry for over 30 years. Prior to Corporate Care, Mr. Strum worked for American Hospital Supply in the non-woven textile division. Mr. Strum has been a guest speaker for, as well as published articles with various industry related organizations. Mr. Strum played an instrumental role in expanding Corporate Care’s services beyond the state of Texas.
Craig Domeracki
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Domeracki recently joined Corporate Care as the Chief Operating Officer. He comes to the company with over 25 years of successful service business experience in companies ranging in size from early stage start-ups to multi-billion dollar divisions of Fortune 500 companies. His most recent successes have been in the area of leading local/regional companies to the national level. He has successfully lead all functions of many diverse businesses with his focus always being on delivering superior customer service to all of his constituents.
Bruce Causey
Executive Vice-President
Mr. Causey is Executive Vice-President and has been with Corporate Care for over 10 years. His career in the textile maintenance and janitorial business spans a period of over 20 years. Mr. Causey has been instrumental in leading the growth during his tenure with the company. Prior to Corporate Care, Mr. Causey worked for American Building Maintenance Janitorial division. His last responsibility was as Regional Manager over branches in five Southeastern states. Mr. Causey has been active and a member of chapters of IFMA, BOMA, IREM and other real-estate organizations in several cities since 1984. Prior to that time Mr. Causey served in the U.S. Army as a member of the Special Forces.
Catherine Svoboda, SPHR
Vice-President, Human Resources
Ms. Svoboda recently joined Corporate Care as Vice President, Human Resources with over 15 years of Human Resources experience with a large global hotel organization and one of the largest retail grocery chains in the nation. She has served in a broad range of Human Resources capacities, and is leading development of Corporate Care’s human capital strategy including training and development, employee relations, recruiting and retention, succession planning, and compensation and benefits. Ms. Svoboda holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, a Masters of Science in Human Resources from Houston Baptist University, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Pat Belongia
Vice President of National Operations
Mr. Belongia joined Corporate Care in 2004 and currently serves as the Vice President of National Operations. In this capacity, Pat is responsible for the efficient operations, superior customer service, personnel development, safe workplace standards and product standardization of Corporate Care branches nationwide. Mr. Belongia is well known in the industry for maximizing efficiency and productivity, while still delivering a service that is second to none. His expertise allows him to deliver superior and consistent results across broad organizations. Prior to joining Corporate Care, Mr. Belongia was the Regional Vice President of Operations for DuPont Flooring Systems where he led Operations of 17 branches. He was honorably discharged from the United States Navy following four years of service and attended the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. Mr. Belongia is dedicated to continued learning and improvement for both himself and the Corporate Care Operations teams, and has acquired an extensive record of both industry specific and graduate level leadership certifications including Harvard Business Schools High Potentials Leadership Program, Pinnacle Stone Care Technology: Restoration and Maintenance for Natural Stone and Ceramic Tile, Certified Installer of Gloss Tek, Certified Installer of Certi Shine Systems (Concrete), CPS Polished Concrete Certification, and IICRC certifications in Commercial Carpet Maintenance, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning and Leather Cleaning.
Christophe Merriam
National Vice President of Sales
Mr. Merriam is Corporate Care’s National Vice President of Sales, and is focused on personally developing business and leading a world-class sales organization as Corporate Care continues to grow rapidly. He joined Corporate Care in September 2009 with a wealth of experience in leading organizations in sales successes in the landscaping, technology and advertising industries. He has played a key role in company profitability through applying entrepreneurial skills to achieving bottom line results. Prior to joining Corporate Care, Mr. Merriam was the West Coast Sales Director for a National Landscaping firm where he led a region of 5 states and 33 branches to double digit sales increases. Mr. Merriam holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from California State University Long Beach, and was a non-commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. Mr. Merriam is committed to the development of the sales team to achieve superior customer service and focused results.
